We will provide a 100% refund if the product is delivered in damaged condition. Customers need to give video proof for the same. So kindly open the parcel in front of the camera.
We will also give a 100% refund or replacement for the product if the parcel was delivered incorrectly.
We can also refund 100% if customers want to cancel the order. (If a parcel is shipped we can't cancel). For the same customer need to call us within 1 business day after creating the order. Because after 1 business day we will ship the orders.
We can't offer refunds for the parcel delivered in good condition and correct item.
